18 VINTAGE Glass floats <'}< BIG VARIETY Alaska Beach combed
Here is a set of eighteen vintage oriental glass fishing floats approximately 3.25 inches in diameter that have a lot variety to them for floats this size. These are the actual floats in the picture you are bidding on. There are different models, colors, and textures.  There are examples of molded and free blown glass floats.
I put this set together with several different colors.
I've
included 3 floats in the
i
r original different colored netting. Some of the floats have trademarks. These were all netted after they were made.  That's how they were attached to foreign  high seas commercial fishing nets. Then the glass floats escape out of their encompassing nets during storms and get washed ashore.
I've included some close up pictures of the floats in this group.
These make exceptional gifts that are very unique treasures from the past. I think you get the picture. This is an exceptional group of floats with a lot of variety.
These floats are the "real McCoy" that I personally beach combed, not the reproductions you see everywhere on eBay..
