Microsoft Xbox One, Xbox One S, and Xbox One X HDMI port service replacement.
I will work on your console the same day it arrives and keep you up to date on it.
1st
. Be sure it is indeed the HDMI port that needs replacing (in some instances on Xbox One S and Xbox One X, it could be a faulty retimer chip causing no picture). If the console had previous work done on it, it may be difficult or impossible to repair the console depending on the damage done to it from the prior repair attempt.
2nd
. Please add a note to your console so I can get in contact with you and send it it back ASAP.
3rd
. You can send the whole console, or, if you feel comfortable with disassembling it, you can ship the motherboard alone, I have donor consoles for the original Xbox One and Xbox One S only as of now, so I can test those, I cannot however, test a Xbox One X without the whole thing getting sent to me (cables aren’t needed for any model of Xbox One).
4th
. If you send the whole console, I will disassemble it, replace the broken HDMI port, dust off your whole console for you, and apply a fresh batch of high quality thermal paste to ensure that your console gets much better cooling.

Please include a return label so I can ship back your item.
I will work on your console and let you know when I do the same day I get it, depending on the time of day, I will try to ship back your console same day or next day (if it isn’t holiday or the postal service isn’t closed).
