We perform the diagnostics and trouble shoot all compnents
Once diagnosed and determined what is wrong with your unit.
We will
1. If simple battery replacement , then we replace battery test your unit for 24 hours for battery duration or any voltage leakage, in case any of the wiring has any shirt circuit or and we also tear for at least two charging cycles to be sure your wall charger and all connectors are in excellent working condition.
Ince we are satisfied with the performance of your loupe light normal functionality including, charging time, duration we simply
Do jot make contact and replace the battery for the 0 ticket that you purchased and ship you back at our own shipping expense.
2. If there is any thing else need to be repaired serviced or replaced, after a complete diagnostics on your loupe light,
1st we determine if it is repairable, then we check for what needs to be repaired or replaced, then we send you an estimate of repairs Or replacement for your approval then we do the repairs or order the replacement parts. Repair takes a bit longer than just replacing a battery . Once you approve and agree on an estimate and after your approval we will perform the service and will send you an invoice and start the repairs. Once the invoice is paid ( minus 0 that you already paid) we will ship your unit back.
If this is your only loupe light we have two other options
A. We can ship you a wirless loupe light as a loaner once we receive yours. ( if you need a loaner ask us and we will send you a link to purchase it with a full refund upon returning)
We have few different type of loaners.
A. Wireless clamps to your loupe with one fixed battery with a 3-4 hours of intermittent duration or 1.5 hours continuous duration with different intensities. Duration is increased with lower intensity use age
refundable loaner cost 5.
B. Wireless clamps on to any dental surgical loupes with two wireless magnetic batteries which you can replace quickly without removing the dental loupes from your face as it is magnetic and as soon as you bring it closer to your Louopes frame it. Automatically attaches to its base and you do not need to even turn it on. But an on off button and intensity control is on both wirless magnetic batteries. Duration is unlimited as one always charging while one is in use. Duration is 4-6 hours for each battery depending on the usage and intensity.
Refundable loaner cost 5.
If you decide you do not want it repaired , we can ship your unit back and we will only charge you $ fee which includes, shipping, diagnostics, installation and removal of the new battery and other new parts for testing, and time spent.
And if you decide to keep the loaner wirless or wires loupes light
We refund your $ 100 original battery replacement ticket and recycle your old light for parts.
There are many components in your unit that can go bad.
Most of the time it is re- chargeable battery pack and charging circuit.
But some time the switches, wires , wire connectors, wires itself, and the LED bulb can go bad as well.
The only way to be sure your light can be back in service again for years is to do a complete test on all compnents.
We provide 6 month limited on battery replacement and one year warranty on all service
We also do a quick exchange with core charges and if you send us
Your working or non working unit ( complete) depending on the stock we can ship you a similar or whatever is in stock
Exchange service is range from 0 to 00 depending on the model and brand and availability and 0 core charges will be added till we receive yours and core charges will be refunded
From the invoice once your non working unit is received
