INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE
put the flag in a medium dryer for 15 minutes to take out the creases.
Attache each hook from the spinning ring through each grommet on the flag.
Adjust the mounting ring by loosening the rope and tighten the rope once the flag is positioned and attached.
Mount bracket to surface so the flag flies freely, not flapping against surface which can cause it to tear.
