Description
:I was fortunate to be able to purchase 20 VINTAGE PA Resident Citizen's Fishing license BUTTONS and MATCHING Paper Licenses from a life-long collector. I have licenses from 1927 through 1946. Because of the amount of effort it would take to remove the paper licenses from the pockets on the back of the 20 buttons, I will not remove them. PLEASE READ CONDITION SECTION AND VIEW ALL PHOTOS TO ACCURATELY ASSESS THE CONDITION.

Ours is a smoke free home, but many of our items are purchased second hand and we do not know the situations where they have previously been stored.  If we notice the smell of smoke, we do mention it under condition.
