Up for auction is a vintage, maker-marked and numbered 1959 State of Pennsylvania Conservation Department RESIDENT CITIZEN'S FISHING LICENSE pinback badge. This badge is in good condition with some staining on the rim and face of the badge. The badge is hallmarked by THE PHILA BADGE CO INC   PHILA PA on the rim and is numbered "143228" on the front.
